It is hoped that students will arrive in time to settle into their rooms before 8.30pm. The weekend should finish around 4pm on the Sunday afternoon.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eMeals provided on the retreat will be vegetarian. There will be no food available in the house on Friday evening so please eat before arriving.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eSingle and twin bedroom accommodation is offered. Most twin rooms are ensuite, the single rooms are not. There are only a few single rooms which will be provided on request, and allocated according to need.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003ePlease bring a duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase and bath towel. If this is not possible, there will be a charge of £22 to hire these items.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eIn the evening smart\/casual wear is usual to give a sense of occasion.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eAll reasonable steps will be taken to ensure people’s health and wellbeing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eThe online weekend will begin on Zoom at 5.30pm with meditation followed by a meeting with Jeffery Courtney at 6.00pm.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003ePeople will be accepted onto retreats on a first come first served basis, so early booking is recommended. If unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance, the fee is non-refundable within 2 weeks of the retreat, but may be transferred to another retreat (once).
