Meditation | Babatunde Abayomi
So what is meditation? It's the art of getting yourself to rest. All the activities come to rest. You focus on the mantra. That in itself brings about restfulness. You sit, silently, and you listen to the mantra. The act of listening to that helps you to focus.
You go inward. Anger becomes lower, you begin to detach a little bit. All this makes you more effective.
Babatunde is speaking about the practice of mantra meditation introduced in the School. He tells a little about this simple practice and some of its benefits.
