Cancellations

Participants may cancel their retreat booking within the 2 weeks prior the start date of the retreat, subject to the following refund policy

Refunds

For Cancellations made 

1. More than 2 weeks before the retreat: Full refund, minus an admin fee of £20.
2. Within 2 weeks of the retreat: No refund, however payment can be transferred to another event. (Bookings can only be carried forward once)

Force Majeure

In certain cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of the retreat organisers, for example natural disasters, political unrest, or emergency works, FSES reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event. We may also need to cancel an event if we do not receive the minimum number of registrations to make the event viable. A full refund will be given in these circumstances.
