Rama Gheerawo applies the mind of a designer to shaping the twenty-first-century organisation. Success, he says, increasingly depends on three principles: creativity, clarity, and empathy. Before the release of his book, Creative Leadership, Rama was Director of the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at the Royal College of Art and advisor to the UK Design Council, Bhavan Centre, and the International Association for Universal Design. He has led over 100 projects with government, academia, business and community organisations worldwide.
