VOTING WITH BigPulse (Ordinary Members only)

Ordinary Members will need to log onto BigPulse as well as Zoom.
All Ordinary Members will receive an individual email link to the BigPulse
website. Clicking the link gives you access to all voting facilities for the
meeting. Please do not share this email or the link. It is personal to you.
On joining the Annual General Meeting, please click on the BigPulse link to
register your attendance. This will establish a quorum.

BigPulse will be used to monitor when a quorum has been reached. During the
proceedings you will be guided as to when to use BigPulse for voting at each
stage.

BigPulse will list all resolutions and amendments received before the AGM. It
will also list election polls. Anything arising during the meeting requiring a
vote will be listed on BigPulse in time for voting.

All candidates’ resumes and photographs are available via the AGM web-page.

For the AGM, you must log in to both Zoom and BigPulse. They should be in two different tabs in your browser, or in two different browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox), or on two devices (phone, tablet, laptop, PC). BigPulse may be used to vote during the AGM. Logging onto BigPulse in good time is essential as this establishes our quorum.

If an Ordinary Member has phone access only, they will need a special
